Nowdays many factors influence shopper interested in buying merchandise through e-business, such as promotions made by e-business companies, speed and less time, fast payment transactions low cost, marketing mix. Most utilize to shop for food products, electronics, logistic (such gojek/grab/uber, travel) others. The application of can not be separated from the expertise knowledge public using internet computer systems. However, Indonesian people's awareness is still low, people do know how it. This due infrastructure factors, poor telecommunication facilities. a barrier interest Indonesia testify online. In addition, confidence trust security affect someone explaining that impact on conduct utilized theory planned behavior approach.
